We want you to be happy with every cake you order from Zireani. Our goal is to provide you with a smooth and satisfying experience. Please read through our Return and Refund Policy to understand how we handle returns and refunds for our cakes.

No Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, we are unable to offer refunds after the order has been completed and delivered. Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, we cannot accept returns or process refunds. This is in accordance with Hong Kong’s consumer protection laws for perishable goods.

Returns During Delivery

We understand that occasionally, things may not go as expected. If you find that your order is not as expected or if there is any issue with your cake, please notify the delivery person immediately upon receipt. Returns can only be accepted at the time of home delivery, directly from the doorstep. If there is a problem with the product, the delivery person will facilitate the return on-site.

Post-Delivery Returns Not Possible

Once the cake has been delivered to your address and the delivery is confirmed, we cannot accept returns. We strongly encourage you to inspect the order at the time of delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. We may request images of the item or details of the issue to process your inquiry. Our team will evaluate the situation and provide you with a solution as quickly as possible.
